I'm thinking caster for you, you lack a good support. Waver could support anyone on your team and getting tamamo would go well with nero bride.

Hey, what class should I roll for? My gold servants are as follows:
Saber:
Nero Bride
Chevalier d'Eon
Rama
Elizabeth Saber
Lancer:
Jeanne d'Alter Lily
Archer:
Emiya
Atalanta
Rider:
Astolfo
Saber Santa (couldn't get any of her upgrade materials, so she's useless, sadly)
Caster:
Nitocris
Elizabeth
Berserker:
Tamamo Cat
Frankenstein
Assassin/Extra:
None
I'm leaning on rider or assassin, since my only usable gold rider is the worst one in the game, and I can't get any dupes from the assassin banner, but any thoughts are very appreciated. Thanks.

Caster would be a great option because you can get Tamamo or Waver and Xuanzang isn't even that horrible of an option (she's a good servant against bosses). It'd also help your Nero.
Rider's also a great option because practically 3/4 of those servants are incredibly useful (Quetzalcoatl and Ozy being the top 2).
