If you already maxed Quetz level and did some stats/skill enhancements you should put her
If not put Martha
If both of them are not fully maxed (level/ascension) take priority on Quetz
Why Quetz?
Because she's a new servant and quite small amount of people have summoned her. And Martha is available in regular summon pool, including the tutorial summon so definietely Martha was summoned by huge amount of players
However
They're both useful in Solomon
So regardless of which one of them you put on your Rider slot they should be useful to other masters
