Is there an easy way to lv up a ruler than just use 4* exp all class for it, it's not easy to get them so can someone help me for this please?
Unfortunately, thats the best exp card you can use since it further gives exp for all classes not like the ones on the training grounds. They are numerous on events like the Prev christmas lottery that we had and on the MP shop too.

The only way to receive 4 star all-class exp card is to purchase from event shops (or take part in lottery like the one in recent christmas event which ended 3 weeks ago)
Or purchase from mana prism shop (which I don't really recommend but if you're truly desperated...)

So you have choice: sacrifice specific class cards or waste mana prisms, it's up to you
