What do you mean by rework?
If you mean his animation, JP got it with "Heaven's Feel Movie Release Commemoration Campaign" on October 07, 2017
If you mean his first skill power up, it happens with Rank up quest. When will it happen, I do not know, as there is no information on the wiki. Take it as in two years, as it is a difference of NA and JP.
