Grail Saberlot or Roll for Musashi

Musashi is also around the corner, and I know she is one of the best sabers in the game. However, currently, I have around 200 quartz and 30 tickets saved up for merlin and big sis luchadore. With that, should I still try to roll for musashi, or is a grailed saberlot better?

Saberlot and Musashi fit into 2 different types of teams, Saberlot is a self supplying Arts Crit monster whereas Musashi is much more of a Buster Crit hard hitting ST Saber with decent survivability. Really, just choose the one you like more or think you'd like using more. Imo you don't really need to grail Saberlot to begin with though.

Here's the deal, 200 quartz and some tix is not gonna mathematically guarantee you a featured 5*, let alone 3. I'd say if you really like Merlin, go for Merlin. Because his next banner is 2019 Sepish, Oct. (If you don't count the 2nd year anni which has all the 5* in the gamer grabbag; don't expect to get the one that you want from there. It's a one in 50 something chance.)

Quetz is in the GSSR. You can try your luck there. The rider lineup is pretty solid imo.

Musashi will come back again on the banner of Shimosa along with Tomoe, which is what I'm going for.

Bottomline, play for wife. Not for min/max. It's your game afterall.

I LOVE playing with my grailed saberlot. I don't feel like I need another st saber ever again. I also tend to favor arts servants since I prefer np spamming. You can always wait to see if she comes home before spending the grails.

I honestly feel satisfied with my Grailed Saberlot and don't feel the need to get anymore st sabers if that means anything. Mine is fully grailed and I pretty much just throw him at any mission barring some archer missions. He was in every team comp I had for Babylonia except for the archer bosses, which I used Li shuwen. He hits ridiculously hard but most of all, consistently. Also, one option that many might not suggest, if you don't have Another Ending like I don't, Joint Recital from nerofest can help with crits and buff the buster cards. Not really what he is suppose to be used for, but I like the ease of it.

Another thing to note is that arts/crit teams are easier to build due to the low rarity of servants like Hans and Mozart. Even Mash can help defend and buff up Lancelot should you pull off her post-camelot NP. This mainly applies to me who lacks proper buster supports.
But honestly, it is up to you who you want the most. If you want musashi, then go for her. If you want big sis, go for her (she can support buster a bit). If you want the merlin, roll for him. (He can support anyone non-quick, even lancelot.)
It depends on what you need and want. Each Merlin, Quetz, and Musashi are hopefully having a rate up later next year which is how I am planning on getting them so that is something to note down and who to save for.

I have a 90 lvl NP2 Saberlot which I use and I like a lot and I dont think I will ever need another single target saber. I also prefer arts team, they are much more flexible than buster teams. ( ofcourse that doesn't mean I am not going to roll for merlin) So, I personally suggest, grail saberlot and roll for merlin UNLESS you want musashi for waifu/voice actor/animation reasons. Comparing a 4* to a 5* is silly most of time.

Saberlot isn't better than Musashi, but you are getting all those SSRs with 200 quartz and 30 tickets.
