Need help planning a farming schedule

Quetz came to me as a godsend and my prayers for a good Rider finally came and now I can do the paid Lancer gacha since I dont have anyone to spook me. But I need to farm for more chains in case I get Enkidu and farm for gears if I get Karna. Already have enough things for Lanctoria.

Any advice in what to take up my time in farming material in terms of time management and Apple/quartz wasting?
