Yes, the data on your phone will be lost if you will use the transfer code on your laptop. If you want to transfer your acct back to your phone, just generate another transfer code.

so my cellphone is broken, I intend to play fgo on my laptop for a while, so my question is whether my data on my
cellphone will be lost if I use the transfer
data when playing on laptop, and what should i do when i want to play on my cellphone after that? do I have to use new transfer data? and how you update the game when U play on laptop? i need some advice. thanks

Assuming you are playing on nox, you can update the game data through the playstore like when you are playing in your phone and yeah you just make another transfer code.
