Just finished Babylonia singularity and I felt in love for Quetz and Old man, so my question is based on my box which of them should I roll for, is there a future banner that is also worth rolling(not rolling for cock wizard)? And who should I grail?
I don't see a nukey Rider, only Mordred Rider who is more consistent spamming aoe.
Jack is sufficient enough to fill Assassin damage.
With that said, Quetz will likely be in GSSR banner for Rider. Gramps will only be in his own banner.
Musashi is in the new year banner and there's also Count of Monte Cristo after.

They're both great 5 stars, I'd say go for whichever one you like more. with the whole support system its easy to borrow a servant that fills a niche you don't have, so its always best to roll for the servants you love.
I mean if I had to say based on the servants ya got there it looks like you've got a good ST assassin in Jack but no ST rider, unless you've got an unleveled NP5 ushi not shown so of the 2 I'd say Quetz fills a hole more than Old man does, discounting his insta death gimmick
Though I think Quetz has more rate ups in the future than Old man
grail who you love or who is constantly your mvp.
if you constantly ride herc, grail him.
if jack is someone you gotta protecc and head pat, grail her.
if you're part of the umu army, grail her.
if you dig baber in a bikini, grail her.
if you wanna get lvl 80s to lvl 90s, grail them.
you really don't have a super bad choice there.
for reference, i grailed baber alter to lvl 100 and don't regret a thing. she's by far my fav servant plus there are times she can deal out more damage to a single enemy than some st servants, especially now that she's lvl 100.
now i'm saving my grails for her swimsuit version this summer, and if i get more than 5, the extra ones go to my baber alter lancer.
