CCC she will be on rate up with a lot of people, around 04/2019.

Tama's next solo rate up is the C.C.C event, probably around april-may. She also has a solo rate up during Onigashima rerun, which should be a month or two after that.

Make sure you check the summoning schedules as she goes on rotation for only one day at a time.

You also have a 33% chance to get her on this New Years lucky bag gacha, where she shares a rate up with Waver and Sanzou, so pretty good odds for a guaranteed 5 star gacha + if not you still get a very strong servant.

After that I am unsure if she has a solo rate up for quite a long time, though she is popular, so its likely she would get one again (she still has a lot of duo rate ups so if shes alongside someone else you want you still have those)
