Is it worth leveling jalter lily?

She's pretty solid imo. 2nd skill doesn't raise her NP generation so I'd max the other 2 first.

Only if you don't have any other AoE Gold Lancer. Even Liz is more useful.

If i were to use her, her 3rd skill is the only one i would lv to lv10. Her NP charge has fixed amount (20% at all levels) and her heal is unnecessary for the most part.

Worth. You just need level up her skill to 10/1/10, her2nd doesn’t scale. Her NPBB can do good dmg

It's easier to get NP5 for her compared to Elisabeth, plus she has healing + crit star generation booster. So yeah, I'd say she's a good investment.

If you have absolutely no 4/5* AOE Lancer, and don't want to invest on Hektor or Romulus, do it.

Don't waste resources on the 2nd skill, as it's fixed 20% NP charge, leveling up is just for extra debuff resist (kinda useless, and she already have high Magic Resistance on her passive) and reduced cooldown (you really want to waste lores in that?).

If you level up the 3rd skill, 20% np every 5 turns. Already been useful. Can't wait to np5 her.
