New yr gacha - Waver or Cu Alter

Seeing that a fellow gamer has also asked the question; guess no harm for me to ask mine as well :)
I am only interested in the Berserker and the Caster banner but my situation is as such:
1) Caster - Already have Sanzang and also Tanamo at NP3 (plus all the SR casters in the game)
2) Berserker - Already have all the berserkers in the game with Nightingale and Raikou both at NP2 but only Cu is the elusive one.
If you were in my shoes, which banner would you go for. Granted, I think I will also whale hard for Merlin.

Tl;dr: Maybe go for Cu? Unless you miss Merlin, then maybe go for Waver instead.
Ok, this one is a tough choice...
1. You have the same odds of getting either Cu or Waver.
2. You'll (probably) have Merlin so not having Waver isn't that bad. Just use a friend's if you need both.
3. Waver can be used anywhere, but that's not necessarily true for Cu.
4. IMO, NP3 Raikou is WAY better than NP2 Sanzang. Meanwhile, NP3 Nightingale is roughly as good as NP4 Tamamo in terms healing, the only thing that changes with NP level.
Still can't decide? Flip a coin...

There is no NP3 Raikou. Another berserker is Vlad. Although Vlad is a good Art DPS in help of Tamamo.
