he is good or I should convert him in rare mana prism?

Is there something in the shop that you want more than vlad? It is the question you need to ask yourself before burning any servant.
I don't have vlad so I can't speak for his usefulness. I do know that he is so ugly in the that I refused to roll on his banner despite being short on gold lancers.

Anniversary blonde is the cutest mystic code with the benefit of being able to max level in weeks not months.
But I haven't used it after the week it came out. I just find combat uniform more flexible and matches my playstyle better.
I personally have to catch 'em all but that's me. Heck, I got Atalante during the summer banner (curse her!) but ended up leveling her to 80. Rares are pretty rare, especially for F2P and it seems a waste to me. That said it really just boils down to what your priorities are. Like Mysty said, do you need that rare prism? And is it worth burning a 4 star?
He has one of the most powerfull buff in one skill i think if you want rare prism you should wait for stheno or fion, its always good to have an extra lancer
If you have a lot of 5* Lancers, there's no reason to use Vlad.
Really, all the 5* Lancers that come to mind are way better than Vlad. Brynhild, Tamamo Lancer, Scathach and even Artoria Lancer is kinda great.
Heck, if you have Artoria Lancer Alter...why would you even consider using Vlad? Her NP deals almost the same damage...and it's an AoE NP. Vlad's damage is nothing to write home about, his only saving grace is that the enemies will have a hard time giving him debuffs...that's pretty much it.
It's because it doesn't feel right have a 4* servant I will not use because his art is trash (I apologize for those who liked his art)

Vlad III is a semi-supp and taunter for Crit team, his role is different and you can have a durable Crit star Generator on your team.
Most of your lancers is DPS/hitter and Vlad is like a Nero Bride, if Nero Bride for Art team then Vlad III lancer is for Crit team.
In terms of damage he loses to your lancers, but his utility and supp for the team is really valuable.
I don't have Vlad III, but i often borrow him as my Buster team taunter and he do his job surprisingly good.
Though, it's still up to you.
