Exp or mana prisms only. No point to level up since can't have identical servants in your party. And the upgrade to earn rare prisms from 6th plus copy of welfares isn't part of NA yet.

What to do with extra event servants
So I now have a bunch of extra santa alters. Is there a reason the hold on to them or should I just burn them since my old Santa is np5?

To clarify and add on to this, you won't be able to get rare prisms by burning them. When the update was added to JP, for every extra welfare after NP 5 you get they send a rare prism to your present box. So don't hold yourself back from burning them with the idea that you can exchange them for rare prisms later.
