Trap Fishing Ad making I-phone website unusable.

For a long time, I have been having a page replace whatever page I am using on this site with my phone. The page used to be a fake you have won something on Amazon page changed to something else free and now it is a WideopenWest Finance LLC page for a free gift. I used to be able to back button away but now it fills my entire history on screen with the page. Page opens without me doing anything so I assume it attached to rotating bottom of page ad. This is the only web site this occurs on. How do I fix without loading a ad blocker?
Edit: To be clear before it was an annoyance that occurred occasionally now it happing so often I cannot use features like calculate experience or read any long section.
