I don't know who to really roll for, there isn't anyone i particularly don't want or want plus i don't know what banners other than merlins are good banners
Roll whenever someone that strikes your fancy shows up. I find if you save up sq for someone in particular and don't get it is more disappointing than rolling frequently and trusting to luck. Sometimes you get the featured servant, other times you get arunja and Fionn during the summer event. And sometimes the 5* comes in 6 single pulls, and other times they don't show up after 100+
There's always Skadi/Caster Scathach. She's rated just as highly as Waver and Merlin. Another good one is Edmond Dantes. After his NP interlude, it's become a meme to combine him with double Wavers to stack loads of curse damage on a target.
Edmond is only top tier with Double Skadi, you put him on any other team and he sucks.
