Definitely burn Stheno. She's like the worst possible servant in the game. Carmilla is decent so maybe keep her for now. And for Mary, if you don't have any other riders then don't burn her yet.

Burning for rare prisms & what to get
While rolling for Jack, I picked up 4 Carmillas & 2 Sthenos. Luckily I also got 2 Jacks! I started about half a year ago, during Onigashima so I missed a bunch of stuff before. I just got an extra Anne and Mary so my question is if I should burn 3 carmilla, 1 stheno, and 1 Mary? And should I trade my 5 rares to get anniversary blonde? Or wait for Mona Lisa (Qp hell is real)? or something else I may have missed?
Also: basically free to play, only spend for guaranteed

She’s got her anti male charm niche and now she buffs divine allies so she’s definitely not the worst anymore. She’s not god tier but she’s got some use

Stheno is actually rated pretty well in JP. She's become an excellent support servant who specializes in charming males.

i dont think its wise to burn any servant except you have more than 1 copies, since you may need them in future.
carmilla is a good assasins, you wont need her since you have jack.

Mona lisa should only be 1 rare prism (then 5000 regular prisms). I wouldn't have leveled steno if I got her after jack. Don't know about carmilla

Carmilla is very decent, her anti-female niche is the same of Jack but weak, triple-quick and all, but she has 2K heal and attack-up 3-turns as NP side-effect, vampirism, def-down and passive stargen (ST quest).
Use her as secondary DPS, burn 2 Sthenos, NP2 Carmilla.
