Advice Farming for Christmas Lottery

Hi, to whoever with experience in the jailter xmas event from japan, I would love to ask for advice.

I have 160 golden, 70 silver and a lot of bronze apples saved. My objetive is to do over 100 rounds of the lottery but after looking for info and videos its still not clear for me wich day is the better for start burning my apples. Some videos says that its from the 7th night, but that would mean that I wouldn't get any sleep...

Could somebody give me advice about which would be the smartest way to spend my apples? Thanks in advance.
