The only answer to those question is, do you want to roll for her or not? Because gameplay wise in FGO you didn't exactly 'need' any golden frame servant... But if she is your waifu or you like her enough, try to pull for her..

She is good buster AoE archer.. some even says she is on par with Gil but with her own niche much like Gil have his own niche..

I know a friend of mine will try to roll for her (and he even planning to roll for ereshkigal next year!) Just because she is his waifu

Depends if you like her or not. From a gameplay standpoint, she's pretty middle-of-the-pack. Good, self-sufficient AoE archer but doesn't do anything particularly well.
