Almost all of the mlb holy night sign ces you see are from the original christmas event. Yes they stack so 5 ces give 100% chance of double however if you were around for the previous event you likely have some mlb already.

Limit Break Holy Night Sign?
So I was wondering, do the Holy Night Sign's stack if you use them separately on different servants? And if so, why limit break it before the event is over since multiple stacks are better than a small boost on one (other than space for other event CE's)
