Recently I pulled Helena and now I have a bunch of AOE casters : Caster Liz , Nitocris and Nursery Rhyme .. who should I burn for the rare prism ?
Really, none of them. Caster liz is welfare, and doesn't give rare prisms when you burn her, Nitocris is a decent offensive caster with a 100% NP battery, Nursery Rhyme is a crit monster, and Helena is the 4 star waver, with her 20% battery and 20% all card effectiveness up for 3 turns. If you have to pick one, Nitocris is the least useful of the 4, but you'd be better served waiting for a duplicate of a weak servant or a servant you dislike.
Do not burn Nito, her unique 100% battery means you can equip event CEs and still clear the stage. OP shouldn't burn any imo since they all have uses, but if they had to pick then Nursery Rhyme.
No one. All of them are useful at some point. Eli can be a hibrid support for a crit team, Nursery can be the main damage dealer of a art crit team, Nitocris has NP on demand and Helena is a good general support. Just wait till you get Fionn.
They're all good for what they do, I wouldn't burn either if I were you, but ultimately, if you don't care for any of them and won't regret it, the choice depends on what you want. As of right now, both are farmers, with Nito being the superior option by far with her instant death NP spamming.
When break bars are introduced, they become viable for bossing, and Rhyme will be better at that since Nito's instant death won't be particularly useful, and Rhyme's durability and critting will shine. You should also note that while Rhyme is better than Nito at bossing, she is nowhere close to being the best option, whereas there aren't many farmers that are as universally effective as Nito.
TL;DR, burn Rhyme if you never want to worry about farming hands again, burn Nito if you want a viable AOE caster for bossing at some point in the future, as long as you won't regret it.

You can do it if you don't like Beowulf, i don't think he's as bad as some people paint him but he just doesn't hold a candle to Heracles.
If anything he can talk to you instead of growling and his NP is a Jojo's reference, but those thing don't have anything to do with gameplay .-.
Yeah NGL if you're gonna burn anyone for RP burn him (unless you have Stheno or Fionn). He's not the worst servant, but he does nothing to distinguish himself from other, better berserkers like Herc, especially when Herc has his bond CE. If you don't have any real preference for Beo and won't miss him, you can burn him. Personally I wouldn't just because I want to keep at least 1 copy of each servant I get, but tbh I'm not all that interested in RP anyway.
Helena completely replaces Caster Liz: NP1 Helena, after her interlude next year, does more damage than Caster Liz at NP5...Helena is more useful overall too. BUT Caster Liz doesn't give you any Rare Prisms, so you burn her to clear space or because you have something against Liz.
Nursery is a powerful Caster really. Read her review on this website and add AoE NP charge reduction to her list of strenghts, they don't mention that and it really is a big deal for Arts damage dealers...It can be unreliable but the chance increases with overcharge.
Nitocris is extremely useful for farming. She's like Arash, a servant you use to optimize your farming times and she's really good at it. Her instakilling farming part is pretty big because she can be efficient on any node, assassins or not, and it also implies that random mobs with high HP bars are not a problem for her. She even has a "i want to clear this wave" button with that big NP charge. So yeah, i wouldn't burn her, farming is something you do a lot on this game (Fate Grind Order).
