Team help

Chloe has massive np gain. Try pairing her with mashu, but also with chloe or tesla for more offensive power. As you will be going up against mostly riders if you use her as the main damage, the usual caster supports might not be ideal. Other servants worth mentioning are:
caesar, for canon and attack, np, and crit buffs. Also has qqabb deck. Use as 4th slot.
Cu proto, to absorb stars and deal crit damage. Also qqabb.
Leonidas, to tank an np, give buster buff, and give crit stars. Also qqabb.
Ushi, for attack and np up. Use as 4th slot.

She's is a solid assassin and really tough.
Some team comps for her :
Cockroach, Cleo + Mashu + Hans.
Cockroach mk2, Cleo + Hans + Og Nero.
Meme Cockroach, Cleo + Cu + Og Nero.
Durable Crit, Cleo + Waver + Emiya.
Dragon Slayer, Cleo + Carmilla + Siegfried.
Durable debuffer, Cleo + Asterios + Waver.

As i can see, if you put Cleo + any supp like Hans or Waver or etc, she can make any team technically become an Offensive durable team.
For the basic, Cleo + supp = durable team.
So, if you want to make a fully Offensive team with her, don't put any supp or Tank in there.
She feels at home in the stall team ( her only offensive ability is her NP with her skill 3/3 for survivability ).
For more Memes, put any survival CEs so she can be even tougher.
Totally unkillable vs riders, with a little outside help.
You can also solo some bosses while using her, she is great doing that.

For more example, OG Nero 3/3 Survival skill, Chu 3/3 Survival skill, Cleo 3/3 Survival skill.
With their NP as one of their main source of damage.

Double Merlin, Go hard or go home (?)

She is fine on any Buster team really. You know, Nightingale, Hans, Waver, Shakespeare and Merlin eventually. You can run her with Ozymandias to make her Imperial Privilege consistent but it's kinda meh besides that.

i am actually experimenting whit her to. she is pretty much self sufficent in the star gen and defence depertment.
if you want to pair her whit someone good for really good and constant damage you can uze Ozy.
but i found out she lack constant damage.
Her best damage came from an NPBB chain, when she have some crit star and when her imperial privilage did give her atk up.
to much of a gamble for me, so i suggest if you want to make her a your attacker to pair her whit some attack support to make her damage more constant. Some attack up like charisma (so ozy)
and meaby some crit damage +.
so... weaver i guess?
