Halloween event farming

I got a question: for example, if I use an MLB CE with the 100% appareance for an specific kind of enemy and then i pick up a support with same CE MLB will I be able to get the 200% or it does not work like that? I just wanna know cause want to avoid spending my apples I am saving for christmas...
