Long story short, my phone broke, and I transferred my account onto an emulator on my PC, so I can keep playing until I can get a new phone. The question I have is, can I transfer it back off the emulator and onto my new phone? If anyone knows, please tell me.
I feel like this is a silly question, considering it worked in the first place, but as you can imagine, I just don't want to take any risks at losing my servants.
As a followup question: If the game gets uninstalled before you use the transfer code, does the code still work or become invalid?
As long as you make a transfer code transferring via emulator to phone should work like phone to phone. The code also shouldn't have any sort of time limit so to speak so I would imagine deleting and re-downloading the game should make the code still usable because the account data isn't stored on the phone but the game's servers.
On a side note be careful using emulators for this and/or any other mobile games because some developers have rules against it.
Alright, thank you, glad to hear it should work fine. Yeah, I set up the emulator originally planning to stream it, with a new account, but my phone was acting up when I had set up my transfer information a few weeks back, so I put my transfer info into the emulator just to make sure all the information was correct. Thankfully It worked, and i've got my next transfer set up for when I get a new phone. Good news, my birthday is monday, so I'll probably get a new phone then.
