I hope so since I haven't needed any of them yet. I doubt it will be profitable to buy them just for qp. Converting regular currencies to qp in event shops are never as efficient AP wise as the dailies with a mlb mona lisa (possible exception if you are flush with the gold drop ce). Converting the currency to boost items and then qp will likely be even less efficient unless they are much more generous than the onigashima buyback.
