You don't have to provide location info when creating a new account, so unless they figure it out based on IP address, probably random.

Very random question here but have been wondering for quite awhile now. Finally could not resist the urge to ask...
Are the accounts you see on the Support screen (NA server) evenly distributed from around the globe? Or are they just accounts from near one's own vicinity? Since the NA server also includes accounts from outside of North America right?
