Yup. BTW its Jackal ear Caster is not Nitocris its Romani waifu Sheba/Caster of Midras.
I think it's during Battle for New York that these people got this nickname due to the CE illustration. Sheba is the boss of challenge quest nicknamed Pawn Shop.
