JP transfer code did not work

Hi guys! Unfortunately i had an inconvenience with my jp account. I could not open the game since I only got a black screen at the begin so i uninstalled and installed the game again. Tried to use the code I created since the rerun of the summer event but when I used my password y got two messages (unable to see what did it say cause dont speak japanese lol) but nothing happened, only got redirecter to the tutorial. Can anyone help me with it?
