It'a either Musashi or Gramps after Merlin, I'm not sure. Also, yes, she's one of the best sabers out there.

Is Musashi the banner after Merlin?
So I’ve been really waiting for Musashi to come around and it looks like from the JP schedule, is she right after Merlin? I will roll for her no matter what for a waifu, but I was also wondering for those on the JP server, is she as good as her page makes her look? Her skills and stats make her look like she’ll be one of the best Sabers. Just curious on how she stacks up, thanks!

Yes. She is just ike New Year summoning, after Merlin
Right now Musashi's ranking in Appemedia of JP is not good
But I hate Appemedia ranking, however it is reasonable since Musashi need good support to chop enemy. Alone her skills are quite short-lasting.
Merlin is the best support. Dual Merlin+Musashi is broken as hell.
Have her and Merlin and 2030. I can guarantee you will slash any lancers like piece of cake.
If not dual Merlin, then Waver+Merlin with decent CE is also decent.
BUT. personally speaking, still, she need supports.

Thanks guys. I’ve got over 700 SQs saved up for the upcoming run of good servants. I already have Tamamo so I didn’t have to roll for her. Same goes for Jalter so I don’t need to waste anymore rolling for her. I always like to take a few shots at new Servants but most of those will be saved for her and Merlin and hopefully I can grab them and a few in between if luck is with me!

Personally speaking, I hope she waits a bit. I've got 3 servants I want to save for, and she's one of them, but right now I've got all my SQ and summon tickets (Right now, I have enough for 201 single summons, or a handful of x10 summons) set on getting ahold of King Hassan. If she shows before him, I 'm not sure I'll be able to restrain myself from trying to summon her.
