Should I roll for her? I'm trying to save for memerlin but I mainly play arts deck(cuz that's all I have) so Merlin is of limited use to me. Idk :/ advice from more experienced ppl?
Don't roll for her. She's in the regular summon pool and you could get her at any time. You'll have better odds on the next paid gacha.
Also, Merlin is perfectly viable in non-buster teams. He just synergizes best with buster teams.

As said before - she's in regular summon pool so either you'll get her later or just use the support one. A lot of people have her set in their Caster slot, or even All class

No offense. But I dont know your FTP plan. Since in fact, I have seen 1000 sq no SSR in that specific banner, also 1 ticket. Depends.
arts deck? Off course need Tamamo. But how the Art deck you possessed? You know, Merlin is also great in Art team since he is so broooooken. But I think everyone is about to roll Merlin so you have have bunch of 2030 Merlin in your friends list.
There are still chance to roll her next year, like in valentine with MHXX, and April.
Somebody say she is in regular story mode. But how lucky you can get her without in her summoning pool?
