You can't feed a ruby to ruby, sadly. Feed them to an MLB 1-star CE, then feed the bomb into another bomb, basically. Repeat this until you have max level bomb, then give the max level bomb to a CE of your choice.

Hi cuties!
Since loli fiesta [kaleid prisma Illya] event I have 20+ Magical Rubies (3* CE exp card which gives 18 000 exp to CEs) and now I have MLB Halloween Princess which I want level up as high as possible
How to use Rubies? Should I use them as exp material for my bombs or make Ruby bomb?
