It's not an interlude it's a strengthening quest and you can find it's tab just under the interlude tab.

Ushiwakamaru
Can anyone tell me where I can find Ushiwakamaru's second interlude? The one that gives her the dodge. I tried using the shortcut in the Chaldea Interlude menu, but it's not showing there. Or do I need to finish Camelot first?

That one is strengthening quest. You will need 4th ascension Ushiwakamaru to unlock it.
