I want to confirm if Atlanta drops the CE. She keeps dropping the golden chest for me but its always been the golden archer monument while orion hasn't dropped anything for me.
Yes, Atlanta does drop the CE, it's the rarest drop, when you get it you'll notice the golden chest with a rainbow.
I got mine with something like 30 tries, not sure if that's good or not.

Tbh, it's probably better to farm the Vlad node cuz you do two things at one time, farm bats and hope for Halloween Princess. Besides, resetting the level drains your AP and it's not worth it. Might as well do something useful with it and grind event mats
