Rare prism shop has just opened and anniversary blond interests me. Is it worth it? I already have 1 rare prism and need only 4. Here are the servants I plan to sacrifice: d' Eon, Tristan, Li Shuwen and Marie. Any wise words to dissuade me from my planned course of action?
D'Eon and Tristain irk me because they are good servants who fill needed niches, but you do you.
At the end of the day, the philosophy I prefer to live by is that Anniversary Blonde will be there forever. You burn a servant, there is a chance you'll never see them again because gacha. Ultimately though, it comes down to whatever your gold servants are worth to you.
Anniversary Blonde is a great Mystic Code but I never really think it's worth it to burn any servants unless they're already at NP5.
d'Eon is a great taunter tank through and through and will save you in a lot of difficult nodes and events, as well as just keeping your main DPS alive in general. Tristan is a great support with a party-wide evade skill and a spammable NP, surely going to be handy for some tough fights as well in the future. Li Shuwen is a great survivalist Lancer. May not be as bulky as Cu but he hits harder. Marie can be nearly invincible with the right setup, and she's cute to boot.
Definitely anniversary blond is worth for purchase. It is arguably the most powerful MC until multi-bar Boss introduced.
But these 4 servants....
d'Eon is one best taunt unit. You can rely on her for many challenge quest until a long time later (like in JP currently). Unique 3 turn taunt + evade make her even better than Georgios in some cases.
Tristan. How can I describe his strong area in tough quest? 1st-3rd skills are golden-ranked (even better than some SSR's skills), and NP also great.
Li Shuwen is a one-turn Puncher. If you have Art supports, and Hans/Waver, his damage in one specific round could be extremely deadly to slash out any archer as piece of cake. Musashi's SR Art Lancer style.
Marie is probably the less critical SR among your mentioned 4. But her endurance is great, S+ rank as rider (there are very few riders focusing on durability, even you have Ozy, Drake and Medb, still could be harmed by boss's NP). Great against Male Casters and Berserkers.
Two of those servants are story locked so I high recommend against burning them since you have to roll on normal story Gacha or wait for rate ups Tristan and li shuwen are not easy to come by
My personal opinion is that you should never burn servants (even seemingly useless ones, which other answers here seem to demonstrate is not the case here) unless you've NP5'd them and get extra copies. Rare Prism shop items will be there as long as the game keeps running (which hopefully will be a loooong time), so we'll have quite a while to get the stuff we want. Patience is the key, methinks.
