Probably not if you want to save for Merlin. Her NP doesn't scale very well compared to damage NPs. All you're looking at is 500 HP more heal and a slightly higher party NP charge with 20% overcharge which isn't really worth it. Her biggest benefit as support is her arts buff and skill cooldown reduction, neither of which is tied to her NP level.
