Issues with the downloading screen

So I cleared the cache of the game as I'd normally do and when the "Downloading data" was supposed to take a few minutes, NOW IT TAKES FOREVER.
Seriously, now it takes around 15 min to get to 2%. Idk what's happening. I want to know if someone had this problem before or if someone have an idea of what could be the problem here.
