Let me give you a simple answer. Millennium Kingdom's drop rate is 36% and includes a hellish fight 45% in the finals, but that's much of a difference from my experience. You don't even know if it would drop you could go on tens of runs and only get one. Clearing boxes would give you assured 4 and you could reset it if there are none. Which means lottery is better since it gives you more assured stuff.
