I have been in your shoes once first try to contact aniplex at the official fate go na website, it depends what they do from there for me they kept insisting I got the quartz so I contacted apple who were more than great at resolving it but I realized I had used PayPal so I just refunded it through them since the banner was ending in a couple days and I wanted to make sure I would get a refund.
Ok simpler down here ok first things first there’s no easy way to resolve this you’re gonna have to contact support at https://fate-go.us/sp/ by clicking contact us and try and provide the story about what happened, after that wait for a response and reply if they ask questions, if for some reason they refuse to make a refund then you contact apple through your recipient and tell me you already conctacted aniplex, they refused to refund you or add the quartz, and then fill out information about the problem, if you couldnt resolve it with apple now it’s time to get in touch with the bank or even easier if you used PayPal just issue a refund through them be warned apple with probably ban your PayPal account like they did to mine but you will get a refund.
