Nope. Unfortunately only permanent Story Servants are in the Class Banners

I wish though :/

I knowww. He’s the Archer I want for my SSR slot as well

BUT, he will be available for summoning at New Years and I believe he’s a Rate Up in that one

At least Gil is worth it SSR archer, and most of my friends choose him because of his ability
