For Mordred and Lancer Artoria, I would say it isn't worth rolling the saber/lancer banners, since later on this year we will get the round table banner with both of them in it (unfortunately lancer alter won't be in that banner I think).
For Xuanzang and Nito, I'd say go for it since they are both in the same banner and to the best of my knowledge, Xuanzang's only other rate-up is in the go west rerun next year.
As for Jeanne, that's up to you. Other than guaranteed gachas, she won't have very many rate-ups, so if you really want her, you can try for her too.
That said, it's important to note that Jalter is right around the corner (in case you are interested in getting her) and all of these banners (without the 4 stars) will be repeated as paid gachas with a guaranteed 5 star for new year's, but for that you'll only be able to choose 1 banner.
