So, I'm currently leveling my Euryale cuz I wanna get that charmlock comp, my question here is, which CE should I throw on her?

Well honestly I'd either go with Kaleido Sapphire for the NP damage and arts, the basic formal craft and the three or four star versions of it, or maybe burning tale of love or CEs that increase debuff chance as you're getting a charm lock comp an such.
For special charm locking consideration, er...
Any art up or NP gain up CEs, Or Prisma Cosmos.
Or Record Holder if you really want to rely on her 1-2 skills rather than NP. But personally speaking, I prefer her NP more important.
An NP start up CE like kaleidoscope would be good since you can have your no stun available asap. Ironically the best CE would be MLB Magical girl of Sapphire which was just in the gacha. The idea would be to have either np or charge drain or stun skill available so the boss doesn't np (I'm assuming this is for Gawain)
