Apparently one of the missions in the event is to defeat 'Testament' which is like Dark Illya. Where do I find this 'Testament'?

She's [SPOILER] the cristalization of the 4 creep losers dreams of an idol mahou shoujo, actually. With a sadistic personality...reminds me of Dark Irisviel, but with dank memes instead of actual darkness.
Hope one day she's a servant, same for Dark Irisviel.

Just to make sure that you don't get mislead, when the other responders said she was like Dark Irisviel, I think they were talking about her character portrait or something. Her abilities, in the fight, are actually the same as Illya's.
