Illya's best CE to use

I just got Vessel of the Saint CE which give 3 time debuff immunity and 15% np gen. I saw many youtuber reviews saying that either putting a buster/np dmg CE or prisma cosmos on Illya. So what your guys opinion. Should i go for Vessel of the saint or prisma cosmos?

I'd go with np damage ce like heaven's feel or black Grail. Prisma cosmos is nice to counter her Mana gain issues but her biggest strength would be her nuke of an np and heaven's feel and black Grail buff it the highest percentage. Her Mana gain isn't as important since her np puts a self debuff on her for 3 turns anyway so np spamming isn't ideal but if you feel the np bar is taking longer than 3 turns to fill go for a Prisma cosmos or Azure Magic Girl for sure.

Prisma Cosmos is a really good CE for her, but I agree with Neil that you should really aim for some kind of buff to her actual damage, not just her NP rate.

For damage, she'll benefit most from NP Damage+ or ATK+ instead of Buster+ because her skill grants Buster+. Ideally, you should look for a CE that buffs her ATK/NP while giving her a buff to her NP gauge/gauge gen.

Some I can suggest would be Golden Sumo, Halloween Princess, or Angel's Song/Heaven's Feel.

Thanks for the replies, clearly vessel of the saint doesnt suit for her, altho i thought it might be good for her mainly bcoz of the (future) interlude that give her extra 20% np gen after casting her np, making her np spammable, but thats just my conclusion.

While i still dont have heaven's feel nor black grail (rip rng) my biggest option now is to pick either golden sumo (15% atk + 50% np charge) or the classic three great heroes ( 20% np dmg + 20% star drop + 40% np charge). Which one should i go for?

Three great heroes is ok to use until you get either heaven's feel or black Grail (I still don't have black Grail either). Tbh, vessel of the saint is and intriguing choice to use since it theoretically could mitigate her self debuff up to 3 times. However, it isn't very reliable as it's effect can be used up countering boss debuffs

In my opinion, one of the main reason to put this ce on her if only there's a consistent and long fight which could take 10+ turns as
1) she *might be able to cast np more than one.
2) her third skill can be use for her allies instead of herself.
3) altho boss debuff might be an issue, but i think she will be able to at least use one out of three debuff immunity for her first time np cast, and just ignore the debuff of the second time one.
4) yes, np gen is still terrible for illya with or without the 15%, but combining with the upcoming interlude, granting 20% np gen after casting np, she could has a total of 50% (2nd skill varies depends on level *altho the main use of the skill is the invicible buff), which gave me a hypothesis that in the three rounds after the first np, there's *possibility for her to be able to generate and cast her np again.

koleido saphire is a nice alternative as it boosts your artes cards which are you main cards in your deck and boosts your mismatched noble phantasm. not the best thing every but its free and fits the role

It is a really good budget ce, it feels like illya now got the territory creation passive like any other casters have (why DW ;_;)
I'll try it out when i have free time to compare which would be better in generating her np. Thanks for the tip.
