is there any information on when/what free servants will be given in the future? as well as if there will be something similar to the maser recruitment campaign that let everyone choose a 4 star?

And for 2nd question, only campaign like this I know will be around september next year, but will allow to choose ANY 4 star servant exept for event welfares and Summer Event ones, which gives 42 options overall

As for free servants I'm assuming you mean welfare servants. We'll be getting santa alter soon for Christmas. Pretty sure after her the next welfare is going to be shiki. Kintoki Rider next if you didn't get him. And then in summer there will be a rerun for shishou assassin and then the second summer event which will have Ishtar rider as the welfare servant I believe. Haven't looked further than that myself. Saber Lily too during saber wars, Eli caster during Halloween, and Irisviel if they rerun the zero order event are other ones.

Mmhmm. I remember that event. I played a little on JP before the US version. I too feel it’s unlikely but I do hope it comes in some form
X Download Campaigns that come in NA version seem to release according to JP schedule more than number of NA downloads, so it's save to expect them 2 years after their JP equivalent
There will be Eli Bathory Caster event re-run, soon after Eli Bathory Saber event for Halloween, then Artoria Alter (Rider) re-run, and finally Jeanne D'Arc Alter (Lancer Lily) for this year.
