I have Carmilla maxed out already, together with summer Shisou and Stheno, but I’m feeling like they don’t do much (plus I’m dying to get a SSR Assassin). So any Assassin recommendation for an art-based team in NA? I know Gramps is on his way but I have to complete my team first :(
Also, if I already had Orion and Euryale, should I invest in Stheno for Camelot?
The only arts assassin I can think of is assassin Emiya. If you already have Orion and Euryale, then there isn't much reason to use Stheno. She can charm-lock Gawain and lower his defence, but that's pretty much it. Orion and Euryale will do fine without her.
What I can recommend is Jack because it seems like you have missed Shiki so you can generate stars and have an Art Crit Team. That way, you will crit hard and the Np refund will be great. I have yet to try it though I have Orion and Jack because most of my Servants are buster Oriented. There's a Pickup Banner rerun for Jack together with Nursery Rhyme if I am not Mistaken on Christmas. Way earlier than King Hassan.
Edit: Yeah, Emiya Assassin is also good. You can make an Arts Chain with their NPs as well.
Nope, there's no need for you to invest in Sthenno if you only wanted to get her 3rd skill if you will ask me. You will just waste resources and EXP cards on her. Plus her NP is Buster for no reason since it cannot deal damage.
So basing from what I understand you're looking for an arts assassin? SSR? Then sorry about that, but aside from shuten there isn't. There are only four arts assassins as far as I know. Paraiso, Hundred personas, Emiya Shiki and Shuten. I'd say Shiki is the best then Paraiso then Emiya then Hundred personas and Shuten, so simply wait for one or be happy with Shiki. Most SSR assassins are buster or quick, so yeah...for Stheno I wouldn't really recommend since she'll only be useful here, but if she could do it honestly and many people recommend her since Ozy tends to spam his Imperial priveledge and if I remember correctly could charge his NP and she could help with the others, but I recommend an NP 5 Euryale for that.

Only reason I have her leveled at all is because it took me so long to summun a real gold assassin and I needed the extra stats in the command cards. Since getting jack and shiki I never consider using steno in my teams unless she has a bonus like stone farming in summer event.
Against killing and charm locking enemy male bosses then yes she's bad because other than that she's shit, but she's good when against males though she couldn't defeat her sister Euryale IMO. Also buffing divine allies.
Thanks for the recommendation guys :D I got spook by Stheno in my last attemp for this summer, while my clone got Emiya Assassin lol. I think the best option now is Jack? I’m not into Art team that much so changing into Art crit might be ideal.
