Can the game be modded?
As the title says, can the game be safely modded? I'm of course referring to visual only mods that don't affect the gameplay server-side. In particular I'd like to change Kiyohime a bit to check how she would look with the green hair from base and asc1 and the black kimono from asc3, or with white hair but blue kimono from base form, and other things like that (since I know altering stats and giving myself items would get me banned, I'm not remotely interested in that).
If it can be safely modded, can you point to any place I can get the tools to do so?

I think the China version has been modded. You'll see videos of players using Solomon as a servant. Don't know how they do it though.

The game tries to prevent you from even running it on a jailbroken or rooted device, so I doubt it's very modder friendly.
