Female Rider for Prisma Illya event
I haven't had any luck on getting a 4* or above rider on the gacha so I was wondering who is the best female rider that can be used for the Prisma Illya event? I only have Kintoki as my go to rider but obviously he won't be getting any bonus for this particular event. I do have Ushi and Medusa but I haven't leveled them up yet.

Ushi and Medusa have Quick NP, only Arts and Buster cards get event CE bonuses vs the Raid Bosses...
Use supports (maxed Medbs and Drakes are going to be a sweet thing).
Also, be prepared to use Mash offesively, as she has +100% damage bonus (the same of Chloe and Illya).
