Jalter Banner(s)

Hey Everyone.

After the mildly-insanity driven spending on the summer banners, I'm left with only 210 SQ (but at least got Squirtoria and original Yuri pirates) and approximately a 4-6 weeks of saving until Jalter hits. More than likely, my C-rank luck won't be enough to get both Jalter and Merlin, hence, I'm saving practically all my quartzes on Merlin at the end of the year... but I still want Jalter in the end. (P.S. F2P)

SO, given that, aside from the Jalter banner hitting in September/October, when is her next rate up after this?
