^What they said though it has nothing to do with the lance. Just the absence of Excalibur. Altria obtained the Holy Sword at the age of 16. Thus her body never aged. Only the lancer versions of Altria have aged past 16 in terms of appearance

Also, it just means big spender. Rolling on Gachas is an extreme gamble, so any big gamblers are called whales.
