Quoapp was what I used before NA popped up. Dont know if it still works. Most likely still does since they update regularly.

Getting into the FGOJP on Android
I've been trying to get into the jp server for awhile now but VPN isn't working is there any other way to get into the jp server on Android besides using VPN?

So what you have to do is pretty extensive, I would look up a guide online because if you look up "how to download jp games on android" you'll find better guides than I can type up.
