No just your luck, pretty sure any of the free quests on storm difficulty has around a 1% drop rate. I cleared the shop and have yet to get a extra one.

Extra Summertime Mistress CE drops
Just finished spamming mountain on storm difficulty for stone/wood/iron and have yet to see any CEs drop.
Is there a particular node that drops them or is it just random and my luck is failing me?

it's purely on luck, you need not to spam farming at one go to get it, try a dozen of rounds everyday will do, I got mine at Romantic cave- Thunder, seven blessings to you!
